Briones promised to visit all regions before her term ends

Secretary Leonor Briones promised to visit all regions before her term ends to check on schools to ensure the smooth transition of operations to her successor,  .

“Nag-launch ako ng program na bibisitahin uli ‘yung nga 17 regions na dati kong nabisita para makita kung ano ang progress nila, ano pa ang ibang pangangailangan nila para matugunan ito bago magtapos ang aking termino,” Briones said.

“Para makita natin kung na-achieve na ba ang ating mga program,” she added.

Briones commended the implementation of limited face-to-face classes in Region 1 which she recently visited.

“Smooth naman kagaya ng sa ibang rehiyon. May mga tinatawag nating maging kandidato for best practices. Nag-launch sila ng face-to-face for the ALS (Alternative Learning System) program at nandun ako, more than 50 students sa umpisa ng face-to-face program,” she shared.
