Guidelines on the Grant of the One-Time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI)

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) releases Guidelines on the Grant of the One-Time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to Government Employees for FY 2020.

The SRI is being granted to government employees who are deserving to be rewarded for their collective and unceasing participation and invaluable contribution to the Administration’s continuing efforts toward the establishment of streamlined government processes and more responsive delivery of public services, especially in the midst of the public health emergency by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Qualified government employees will receive a uniform amount not exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000).
