It’s important to support our teachers, who shape our students’ futures. One way to help is through In-Service Training (INSET). We propose giving Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units automatically to teachers who participate in INSET. This change would recognize their efforts and encourage them to take these trainings seriously. By doing this, we aim to make INSET a real opportunity for learning and growth, not just a routine. This way, we support our teachers and improve our education system. Let’s give them the recognition they deserve with automatic CPD units for INSET.
