DOST now accepts Masters, Doctoral Scholarships
The Department of Science and Technology is now accepting applications for the 2023 Manila Economic and Cultural Office-Taipei Economic Cultural Sandwich Scholarship Program.
The MECO-TECO SSP is open to master’s and doctoral students who would like to conduct their research in a university or research institution in Taiwan.
“The SSP is a MECO-TECO collaborative undertaking being implemented by the DOST and National Science and Technology Council of Taiwan,” it said.
Recipients are given with a stipend of NT$20,000 for MS students and NTS30,000 for PhD students per month from NSTC, while DOST grants scholars with relocation assistance of P30,000, one roundtrip economy airfare, and travel and accident insurance.
The deadline of filing of application is on March 15, 2023.
