Teachers are eager to wait for the salary grade upgrade this 2022 because they have faith. They have faith in whom? Well, our teachers have their full trust in the new administration. This is a matter of “putting all trust and hopes in our new leader” thing. They believed, and for sure they will have it. It may not be now but soon in the most perfect timing.
To recall, our teachers are the silent people who put their trust on the new set of officials recently. They were silent but they knew exactly who to support and who is fit to lead the country. They were part of the million supporters who stayed quiet and calm while casting their votes. The largest group yet the most silent of all.
Teachers are eager to wait for the salary grade upgrade because they know their voices will now echo. They understood very well that their efforts will not go to waste anymore. They knew that this will be their last card to drop in this game of life we play. To believe and hope and survive in life as what they do every day.
With the inauguration of the new sets of officials, hope is burning in the hearts of the teachers. They are now waiting for the realization of the promises of these officials.
