Some students are best in taking pictures of their teachers during classes. Teachers are not aware of these actions until one teacher posted his sentiments on Fb. This is the saddest reality that our teachers are facing today. Students are not any more sensitive to their actions if it be good or bad.
The teacher who posted it online went sad because it seemed that the student is unaware of his actions. Students are best in taking pictures of their teachers during classes. It seemed they want to capture the bad angles of their teachers those of which that are funny to them. Then they will post in in their own group chat (GC) or sometimes post in on their MyDay.
Things like this are now rampant with the kind of students we have at present. Sometimes, you don’t know if you are the topic in their group chat or your face is already posted online. Students are best in taking pictures of their teachers without consent.
Some students are best in taking pictures of everybody including their teachers. The worst part is that they think this action is okay and acceptable. They think their actions are that funny that they don’t take any precaution at all.
As teachers are now the main target, how will DepEd help their teachers stop this? Parents should also help discipline their children at home. Everything begins at home and parents are the first disciplinarian before the teachers. In every action, there should be consequences.
Disciplinary actions must be imposed and regulated. Students should know their place inside the school. They should know when and where to act funny and when not to. They should not take these serious things as if it is always a joke.
As parents and teachers, we should worry about our future generations right now. Before it will be too late, we must act now and do our duties in educating these youngsters. – Avril | Helpline PH
