The mysterious school or the mysterious teachers

“Mysterious is difficult to comprehend or describe. On a daily basis, several concerns develop, such as illnesses and teacher factions. The school principal would be unable to survive any longer due to illness and death. Students die or fall ill for no obvious reason every year. Do you believe in curses? Many parents said that their children had gotten failing grades, particularly in mathematics. Therefore, parents cursed the teachers. Was this cursed land the beginning of the unseen creatures that like to live in school? There are numerous theories as to how those unseen beings occurred. As a result, the school gained the reputation of being chased or pursued by unseen beings. Many creatures that we have never seen exist even during the daytime. The school becomes a ghost school at night. Extraordinary creatures create noises to convey their delight. The experienced school guards attest to what is going on in the classroom. The school grounds are home to a variety of wildlife, some of which did not previously interact with humans. In fact, the security guards have heard it many times, but they don’t mind because it is their responsibility every night to patrol the school grounds for the safety of the students and their belongings. Unseen beings live in a tumultuous environment. Am I correct? When teachers are separated due to pride and envy, they stay. What is the best way to solve this issue? This faction may require significant leadership and supervision from the school’s principal.

In my perspective, having unseen creatures as colleagues is preferable to having a human colleague with undesirable behavior. It is the behavior of some teachers, not the institution, which is puzzling. Their actions are difficult to understand. There are teachers who believe they are flawless, who are wicked, sarcastic, and critical of their coworkers who make assumptions and criticize or disgrace their colleagues. Do you think miracles happen? Other teachers desire this miracle in order to achieve peace and harmony. Can staying at school every day and seeing your colleagues’ angry expressions make your day better? I believe it is preferable to view the unseen creatures rather than the furious faces. In every institution, encouraging friendship is critical. Working without constraints will help you get more done in less time. However, why are certain coworkers so nosy that they can cause problems? Maybe they were born to cause havoc. Which aspect of your coworker’s personality do you admire? Is there a coworker that often makes assumptions about your work? Or a boss who always thinks he’s better than you? Or a coworker who is always working silently, without saying anything, and always thinking about the betterment of the students and the school’s development?

It’s difficult to find a coworker with a lovely heart and mind. It’s difficult to deal with toxic coworkers. Pandemic is also useful for avoiding seeing your colleagues in school. Working from home is beneficial not only for retirees and breast-feeding mothers, but also for conflicted teachers. Employees experience conflicts with their coworkers for a variety of reasons, including promotion, insecurity, envy, and jealousy.

The greatest reward you’ve ever received at work is a promotion. Promotion is not mandatory, but it is contingent on your performance and achievements. Because each employee has a unique personality, skills, and academic success, not all are promoted. Some teachers are dedicated to their jobs, while others are not. As a result, many teachers aspire to work in the field but lack the necessary qualifications. As a result, insecurity, envy, and jealousy have appeared to be the root of teacher conflict.

Insecurity refers to a feeling of apprehension or uneasiness about oneself. People are insecure about those who are in positions above them because they believe they are superior to those in those positions. As a result, conflict arose in the workplace or at school.

Envy, also known as envious behavior, is a frightening behavior in which a person displays unfavorable tendencies against his or her superiors. He’s pulling someone down who he believed was forward-thinking and competitive down with him. Keep an eye on your coworkers for this type of behavior.

Someone who is jealous of you regards you as a competitor to her or him. This is the mindset of someone who believes they know everything. He/she eventually constructed a story that could ruin someone in the position when he/she spotted someone ahead of him/her, because his/her dream was to be in your shoes, but he hasn’t been able to do so.

So, these are the great mysteries in school, where many colleagues manufacture mysteries in order to be promoted, gain a position, or just ruin someone in order to make them happy and satisfied, while the person suffers as a result of what he or she did. Teachers who hide their hostility in order to hurt employees’ sentiments are the creepy beasts. They don’t care if they do harm to others since they believe they are better than the one who promoted them. As a result, the school principal becomes ill and dies of exhaustion. I hope your school does not have a mystery teacher like this. – Doki | Helpline PH
