SARO for PBB for DepEd Personnel
The Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) is a reward given to employees for helping their department meet its goals.
In the PBB system, different parts of a department are compared to see how well they perform. The people working in these parts are also compared to each other. How well each part and each person does is checked at the end of the year using clear and reliable ways to measure success.
For the Department of Education (DepED) employees, there’s a specific notice (SARO) about their PBB.
