Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who are not just passionate about teaching but also meet the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• A professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is a must.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting. Note that exclusively online teaching experience does not qualify.
• Fluency in English, with strong command over grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
• Basic to intermediate technology skills, including familiarity with learning management systems and digital tools for teaching.
• TESOL certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Essential qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
