Useful links that will resolve problems encountered in getting Virtual INSET 2021 certificates
Department of Education – Cabanatuan City shared in their social media account some important and useful links that will help us to acquire Virtual INSET certificates.
“Regarding Activation of DepEd Commons Account/O365 Password Reset or Account Creation:
Kung nagkakaroon po ng problema regarding sa pag-access ng ating account, maari po sana na tingnan ang imahe na kasama sa post na ito at iclick ang mga link na nasasabi depende po sa nature ng ating problema:
1. Lost Password: Forgot your Password?
No Activation: Didn’t receive activation instruction
Maaari din pong gamitin ang link na ito na naidiscuss during Inset kung nagkakaroon ng problema sa ating account/activation:

2. Kung wala na po tayong access sa ating DepEd Email or ala pang account please use this link:

Tandaan lamang po na sa dahilan na marami po tayo ngayon sabay sabay na natatanggap na request, the processing might take 24-48 hours for password resets while account creation can take 1 – 2 weeks sapagkat ang paggawa ng O365 accounts ay sa Central Office po natin fnoforward ang request.
Ang mga password at account ay ipapadala po sa bagong DepEd Email ng School for validation po ng School Head/ICT Coordinator tulad ng napag-usapan ng mga nakaraan na meeting at tulad na din ng nakasaad sa ating issuances.
