Civil Service Examination Coverage and Passing Grade
Coverage of Examination:
1. Professional Level :
In English and Filipino: Vocabulary, Grammar and Correct Usage, Paragraph Organization, Reading Comprehension, Logic, Analytical and Numerical Skills.
2. Sub – Professional Level:
In English and Filipino: Vocabulary, Grammar and Correct Usage, Clerical skills, Analytical and Numerical Skills.
Both Professional and Sub – Professional Levels have General Information w/c includes Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees ( R.A. 6713 ), Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts, and Environment Management Protection.
Passing Grade:
To pass the test, the examinee should get a rating of at least 80%.
