List of cash benefits teachers and government employees will receive this November

The Holiday season is approaching and teachers are waiting for their cash benefits. Yes, this is the time of the year where teachers put smiles on their faces. Not only the teachers but the government employees as well. The releases of these cash benefits are not earlier than November 15, 2023.

The following are the expected list of cash benefits for teachers and gov’t. employees:

1. YEAR-END BONUS

Year-end Bonus is equal to one month salary of a certain employee. It depends on his/her current position and salary grade of an employee. The release of this benefit will not be earlier than November 15 of the current year.

2. CASH GIFT

Cash Gift is amounting to Php5,000. The release of this benefit will not be earlier than November 15 of the current year.

3. Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI)

Productivity Enhancement Incentive of PEI is in the amount of Php5,000. The release of PEI is not earlier than December 15 of the current year.

The cash benefits mentioned above are the hard-earned rewards of the employees. This time of pandemic, these benefits will be of great help to the people who will receive it and their families. Every season, these receivables are always waited by many. This is the time where they can buy needed things especially with the pandemic going on. Life is hard but these benefits somehow will lighten up the burden.
