TeachSTEM Scholarship for SY 2024-2025
The Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF) is now accepting applications for its GBF TeachSTEM Scholarships aimed at supporting the education of pre-service and in-service STEM teachers for the academic year 2024-2025. This initiative is part of GBF’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in STEM education, providing financial assistance to those pursuing degrees in education at both the college and master’s levels.
Since its inception in 2018, the GBF TeachSTEM program has made significant strides, graduating 61 scholars and currently supporting 453 scholars in their educational endeavors. This year, the foundation aims to welcome 330 new scholars into the program, offering them a chance to become part of a growing community of educators who are passionate about STEM.
Eligible candidates for the college scholarship include incoming 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year students in education-related programs, with the foundation offering up to P85,000 in annual grants. For master’s students, the scholarship caters to those in their 1st or 2nd year, providing up to P65,000 annually to support their studies.
