As we all know, teachers use their voices all the time when they deliver their lessons to their learners. That’s eight hours a day, five days in a row for a week. This is the time when teachers use their brains, strength, and everything. During this period, teachers have only preserved their voices.
Today, July 29, 2024, marked the first day of school for SY 2024-2025. After five straight days of classes, teachers are expected to suffer intense hoarseness of voice. This is due to the full-packed schedule they have. Teachers need to focus on the refreshers and psychological and psychosocial aspects first. They doubled their time in lesson preparation and delivery.
It was a long busy week, and teachers suffer from voice hoarseness. They can’t control things like this. This is a sign that teachers need to freshen up their vocal cords. They need to make sure they can withstand the long weeks ahead.
