DOH: 4k Covid19 cases reported in schools nationwide
The Department of Health revealed that 3,900 Covid19 cases were reported in schools nationwide from September 1 to November 3.
DoH officer-in-charge Maria Rosario Vergeire said that there were no severe cases recorded.
“Wala namang naitala na namatay na estudyante because of this,” she said.
DepEd has yet to submit its own report on Covid19 cases.
DepEd has also allowed the voluntary use of face masks in schools.
