DepEd got a score of 80 points in the national eligibility assessment. Because of this, the department has been declared eligible to receive the FY 2023 PBB. However, only those who meet the guidelines will get the bonus.
Who Will Get the FY 2023 PBB?
1. School-Based Personnel
These include all employees working in elementary and secondary schools, whether they are:
- Teachers (regular or ALS/mobile teachers)
- Administrative staff
- Finance staff
- Medical personnel
- District ALS Coordinators (DALSC)
- Those assigned to Community Learning Centers (CLCs)

2. Non-School-Based Personnel
Non-school-based employees working in the:
- Schools Division Office (SDO)
- Regional Office (RO)
- Central Office

What Are the Rating Periods?
The bonus is based on your performance during a certain period.
- For school-based personnel:
August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024

January 1 – December 31, 2023
What Are the Requirements to Qualify?
To be eligible for the DepEd Performance-Based Bonus 2023, employees must meet the following:
- ✅ Very Satisfactory Rating
- You must have received at least a “Very Satisfactory” rating in your RPMS or CESPES forms for FY 2023.
- ✅ Filed SALN for 2022
- You must have submitted your Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) for the year 2022.
- ✅ No Cash Advance Issues
- No unliquidated cash advances during the covered year.
- ✅ No Final Criminal or Administrative Case
- Must not have been found guilty of any case with final judgment in FY 2022.
- ✅ Minimum Months of Service
- You should have worked at least 9 months in FY 2023.
- If you worked at least 3 months but less than 9 months, you may still receive a pro-rata bonus depending on your length of service.
