Briones want fast track teaching and non-teaching salary and reconsider PBB

In this time of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the Department of Education Secretary gives go signal to fast track teaching and non-teaching salary last Saturday.

Secretary Briones also requested the Department of Budget and Management for an early cash release for 2nd quarter to finance the necessary activities including the release of the Performance Based Bonus (PBB) 2018.

Performance Based Bonus is an incentive to be received by the government employees based on their accomplishment and commitment to the overall target of their respective departments.

Secretary Briones is in voluntary self-quarantine at home but she still doing her functions as the Department of Education Secretary.
