The Department of Education (DepEd) issues Department Order No. 7, s. 2021 on the Multiyear Guidelines on the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for the Deped Employees and Officials.

Deped explained that PBB is “a top-up incentive given to government personnel of bureaus or delivery unit in accordance to their contribution to the accomplishment of their department’s overall targets and commitments.”
