Wow, the best vice president ever! Sara Duterte will serve as Education Secretary
Is presumptive VP Sara Duterte the answer to the Department of Education’s teachers’ prayers? The Department of Education needs a secretary who is both young and capable of leading the department. Teachers are looking forward to the appointment of Sara Duterte as Secretary of Education.
The Department of Education’s system should be adjusted or changed because the teachers’ work is not currently focused. Every day, there are several tasks to complete because the teachers take breaks from teaching to complete reports and other irrelevant seminars that are not teaching-focused or seminars not related to their major. These reports and paperwork increase teachers’ workloads and impact students’ learning.
Teachers continue to hope that DEPED’s image will be improved. Notably, teachers’ obligations and responsibilities are purely educational, but it is unfortunate that teachers are required to work outside of their duties and responsibilities at school. Teachers have no concentration on their work when teaching students. They always work fast because there are some reports or activities to finish. A teacher conjures up images of office clerks, carpenters, painters, nurses, BHWs, coaches, and among other occupations.
Perhaps it is time to assist teachers by allowing them to accomplish their tasks by teaching students not to comply with office work or any other job that may interfere with their teaching of their students. Therefore, Sara Duterte will make the necessary changes.
Presumptive VP Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio will serve as secretary of the Department of Education, announced by the incoming President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. According to Marcos Jr., Sara Duterte has agreed to take the post.
“I think I am already authorized to announce the first nominee that we will be giving to the Commission on Appointments when the time comes to be proclaimed.” And that is that our incoming vice president has agreed to take the brief of the Department of Education, “Marcos Jr. said in a televised speech.
“So si Inday Sara Duterte, tinanong ko sa kanya kung kaya niya yung trabaho dahil mahirap ang trabaho ng Secretary of Education. Pero nag-agree naman siya,” he added. Marcos Jr. said that since Duterte-Carpio is a mother, “she wants to make sure that her children are well-trained and well-educated.”
“That’s the best motivation that we can hope for.” So that is the first announcement that I can make that has come out of this process, “Marcos Jr. said.
This statement will bring enormous joy to the teachers, who are always waiting for a change. Teachers already know who can support them in this time of need, and that is Presumptive Inday Sara Duterte and the incoming President, Bongbong Marcos. – Doki | Helpline PH
