DepEd to allow physical graduation rites starting June 2022

As the COVID-19 situation improves in the country, the Department of Education (DepEd) announced that the graduation rites for public schools will be conducted from June 27 to July 2, 2022.

The department also emphasized that these activities must follow to the health regulations mandated by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

During the rites, only the students, their parents and guardians, school authorities, and lecturers are allowed to attend.

On the other hand the Department of Education (DepEd) started early registration for SY 2022-2023 on Friday, March 25.

DepEd is also extending face-to-face classes across the country, with over 10,000 schools joining.
