10K One-Time Cash Subsidy sa Estudyante Isinusulong

Sarah Jane Elago, ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro, Gabriela Women’s Partylist Rep. Arlene Brosas at Bayan Muna Partylist Reps. Carlos Isagani Zarate, Ferdinand Gaite at Eufemia Cullamat.

“Students are experiencing difficulties as to how they can continue to fund their education because their parents are unemployed, underemployed, or receiving meager wages,” pahayag ng mga kongresista sa kanilang explanatory note.

“This is critical in ensuring that amongst students, those who are economically disadvantaged can still access quality learning. The one-time cash subsidy will be able to help improve access to gadgets, internet connectivity, printing of modules and other materials, and even tuition payments,” pahayag ni Kabataan Partylist Rep. Elago .
