1. Ensure 80% attendance to online sessions via zoom. Only those who signed in attendance will be counted.

2. Comply with the Attendance Tracker and Evaluation Survey/Quiz per day.

3. Get at least 80% of the total score on all assessments given.

We will send an email notification whether you qualified for the training or not this coming Monday, November 14, 2022, at 3PM.
