Teachers should wait for the new RPMS-PPST tools for SY 2021-2022 before conducting class observations according to DepEd BHROD
Teachers should wait for the new RPMS-PPST tools for SY2021-2022. This is the official advisory from DepEd BHROD before the conducting class observations.
To recall, teachers are more eager to finish their class observations right away. Certain reasons are pushing them through this fast. Aside from the classroom observations, they still have so many things to do.
The new guidelines of the RPMS-PPST tools for SY2021-2022 are not yet official. In this case, teachers should not waste their time doing advance class observations.
Teachers questioned when an outdated version of RPMS-PPST tools for SY2021-2022 circulated online. Teachers asked if it is okay to use the outdated version and conduct CO even if the new guidelines are not out.
In response, the DepEd BHROD advised to wait for the official new guidelines.
“We advise you to please wait for the guidelines before the conduct of your COT. We will make sure that you will have enough time for the conduct of your classroom observations for this school year.” – DepEd BHROD
The bureau also is warning all the teachers to be vigilant of the tools circulating online. It is for sure outdated and unofficial. The bureau assures that teachers will have ample time for their class observations.
So teachers out there don’t rush things. Let us wait for the official tool of the RPMS-PPST for SY2021-2022. Let us not waste our time and effort on the outdated version.
