Briones: DepEd is not delayed in giving benefits and compensation to teachers
Education Secretary Leonor Briones said that giving benefits and compensation to teachers are in “timely” manner and there were no “shortcomings”.
Wala tayong pagkukulang dito,” Briones said during the Laging Handa briefing.
Briones said that DepEd is not delayed in giving the benefits of the teachers.
Pati yung uniform allowance, ina-ano na namin, inaayos,” she added.
Briones said that uniform allowance of teachers will be provided in cash form and it will be up to the teachers whether they will use it to purchase a new uniform amid the pandemic.
