Development Bank of the Philippines(DBP) releases an advisory to their valued clients that their will be an intermittent or slow access to their ATM services due to the surge in transaction volume.

Advisory as of April 6, 2021
With the shift to the BSP-mandated Acquirer-Based Charging Fee model, DBP will be undertaking activities to prepare and roll out necessary system changes on April 6-7, 2021.
ATM services will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of these scheduled activities:
- DBP ATMS will be inaccessible
- DBP cardholders will be unable to use their cards in other banks
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Advisory as of March 25, 2021
“In our continuing efforts to improve our services, please be advised that DBP will be undergoing systems upgrade.
ATM services will be temporarily unavailable from Wednesday, March 31 up to Sunday, April 4, 2021:
• DBP ATMs will be unavailable
• DBP cardholders will be unable to use their cards in other banks’ ATMs
Please plan and conduct your ATM transactions ahead of this scheduled activity. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
